Andreas Berner

Andreas Berner finished a MS in Digital Imaging & Design at NYU's CADA program in 2003. Of Austrian descent, he grew up in Germany and received an undergraduate degree in Communication Design from D?sseldorf University. He came to the United States in the 1990s to run the New York offices of Select and The Manipulator photography magazines.

Before going back to school for his MS degree, he worked as Director of Motion for the Eisnor Interactive Internet agency, founded the Permanent Eye Pictures independent film production company, and produced/directed music videos and commercials for Elektra, Universal, Def Jam, Palomar Pictures and Crossroads. He currently works as a freelance 3D artist in New York/LA, and continues to work on his art projects.

    Walter Wright moved from architecture into computer graphics around 1966 at the University of Waterloo, where he developed early 3D software and CAD programs and worked with electronic music and a Moog synthesizer; he later worked in New York for companies such as Computer Image Corporation using the Scanimate. He became Associate Director of The Kitchen and organized the weekly Open Screening, acquired a SONY portapak, and in 1972 was the second artist in residence at the Experimental Television Center in Binghamton, NY, where he worked with the Paik/Abe Video Synthesizer, ran demonstrations and workshops, and discussed NYSCA funding and shifts from live performance to museum-based installation.

    Anton Marini (Aka Vade) is a New York based video engineer and new media programmer specializing in video and 3D systems for post production, visual effects and realtime systems; his work includes designing software environments and systems for realtime performance and aesthetics for abstract visual communication. He is a frequent collaborator at Share (http://share.dj) and has participated in events such as Anyware, Share Montreal, Eyewash, Rake and Share @ The Kitchen, and has led several workshops in new media programming environments.

    Mr. Burris has worked in multimedia since 1981, beginning as a consultant to the Mexican government on two situation rooms for the display, manipulation and analysis of graphically expressed data; since joining the company in 1996 he worked on projects for The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia), Carnegie Hall's Zankel Hall (New York City), and Schlumberger, Ltd. (New York, Paris, and Texas). He attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and taught at the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University and the School of Visual Arts; he is on the graduate faculty of the Department of Computer Graphics and Interactive Media at the Pratt Institute. He also writes on technological issues.

  • Jason Bernagozzi People

    Jason Bernagozzi is a video and new media artist based in Rochester, NY; he uses video, sound and electronic forms to produce single-channel video and electronic media environments that explore liminal states of language, memory and perceptual experience. He received a Master of Fine Arts in Electronic Integrated Art from Alfred University in 2010. His work was exhibited nationally and internationally at the European Media Arts Festival in Osnabruk, Germany (2009), the LOOP Video Art Festival in Barcelona, Spain (2009, 2010), the Beyond/In Western NY Biennial (2010) and the Yan Gerber International Arts Festival (2nd) in Hebei Province, China (2010).
