Simon Kilmurry

Simon Kilmurry began serving as the Executive Director of American Documentary, Inc. in October 2006. He joined AmDoc in 1999 as Managing Director and became Chief Operating Officer in 2000. Before joining AmDoc, Kilmurry worked for ten years with Teachers & Writers Collaborative (T&W), a nonprofit literary arts organization and publisher, ending as Associate Director.

He has served as board member and treasurer of Elders Share the Arts and East Harlem Block Schools. He currently sits on the board of directors of Teachers & Writers Collaborative where he serves as treasurer. He attended the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and Columbia University Business School's Institute for Not-for-Profit Management (Executive Program).
