    Barbara Sykes is a video artist who holds an M.F.A. from the School of the Art Institute (1979–81) and completed B.F.A. studies at the University of Illinois, Chicago (1974–79); her work spans video, computers and performance.     Jennifer Fieber is a native Californian who graduated from UC Berkeley and received an MFA from The San Francisco Art Institute; she lives in New York and works as a union projectionist. Her work has been shown at BAM Cinemateque; NY Int'l Film Festival; Museum für Moderne Kunst, Frankfurt; Filmkunsthaus Babylohn, Berlin; Pacific Film Archives; Telluride Film Festival; and Onion City Film Festival. Her film practice often employs home-made chemicals, dyes and special re-photography devices.

  • Monica Duncan People

    Monica Duncan is an interdisciplinary print, video and performance artist and educator born and raised in Webster, New York; she received a BFA from Alfred University and served as assistant to the Director of the International Student Residency, a program of Alfred University and the Experimental Television Center. Exhibitions of the Evolutionary Girls Club were shown throughout Germany, Sweden and Finland and at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Cornell University, Massachusetts College of Art and Rhode Island School of Design; she collaborated with Lara Odell on Antibodies, a video/performance project exploring color theory in a social context. In collaboration with Annie Langan she co-founded a Print/Video Residency program in Louisville, Kentucky; website listed at http://www.artselectronic.com.

  • Eve Heller People

    Eve Heller studied film at SUNY Buffalo's Department of Media Study and at New York University; she received a BA in German Literature from Hunter College in 1987 and an MFA in filmmaking from Bard College in 1993. After graduating she worked as a post-production manager at Film/Video Arts, a non-profit media access center in New York City. Her films have been shown in the U.S. and internationally at venues including the Whitney Museum of American Art, the American Museum of the Moving Image, Anthology Film Archives, Pacific Film Archives, Toronto's Cinematheque Ontario, and the Rotterdam International Film Festival; she currently lives and works in Buffalo, NY.

    Rebekah Rutkoff holds a BA from Oberlin College and pursued studies at the New School for Social Research, New York University and the University of Iowa; she co-curated the Brooklyn Pier Show. Her photography and video art have been shown internationally, with exhibitions and screenings at Aurora Picture Show (TX), Anthology Film Archives (NY), Jaraf Video (NY), Smart Gals Productions (CA), Bronx River Art Center (NY), TBA Exhibition Space (IL), and venues in Puerto Rico and Paris. In 2001 she co-founded the Jaraf video art screening series in New York City.
