Angel Vasquez

Angel Vasquez is a social issue activist filmmaker, born in Puerto Rico. BA, San Francisco State University. He is the founder and director of Youth Media Project, a media literacy project.

His work has been widely screened, recently at the Pacific Film Archive, Ann Arbor Film Festival, Film Arts Independent Film Festival, SF Latino Film Festival and Free Speech TV. He presently teaches in the SFSU Cinema Department.
